Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of Adoss ("the App"), provided by 3SD S.r.l., Via Sant'Alessandro, 55, 24122 Bergamo (BG), Italy, VAT IT04570030165 ("3SD", "we"). By using the App you accept them.

1. The service

Adoss helps you plan and log your workouts and follow your progress. It works on your device, even without a connection. With an account you can sync your data between phone and web app. The App is free and has no ads.

2. Account

On the phone an account is optional; it is needed for syncing and for the web app. You are responsible for your credentials and for what happens with your account. You can delete your account at any time as described on the Delete account page.

3. Not medical advice

Adoss is a tool to organise your training, not a medical service or a substitute for a professional. Plans, suggested loads, estimated maxes and other calculations are indicative. Train within your limits and consult a doctor before starting or changing a programme, especially if you have health problems.

4. Your content

The data you enter stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service, as explained in the Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time with a backup or as CSV.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the App for unlawful purposes, do not try to access other users' data or compromise our systems, and do not decompile or copy the App beyond what the law allows.

6. Availability

We do our best to keep the App and syncing working, but we cannot guarantee a service free of interruptions or errors. We recommend saving a backup from time to time. We may change, suspend or discontinue features of the service, giving reasonable notice when a change is significant.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 3SD is not liable for indirect damages or for damages arising from use of the App contrary to these terms or to section 3. This does not affect the rights consumers have under the law or liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after notifying you where possible.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Important changes will be announced in the App; continuing to use it after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Bergamo has jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to the consumer's court where the law provides for it.
